LF Interior Design

Lena Fomichev is the interior designer and owner of the LF Interior Design company. She was born in Moscow, Russia, and moved to Seattle in 1996. Interior design has always been her hobby, but only in the United States Lena received a formal education as an interior designer by graduating from Bellevue College.

In 2005, Lena established her own company LF Interior Design. Later that year, Lena’s first interior design project was submitted to a contest sponsored by the Seattle Homes and Lifestyles magazine and was named the Seattle Home of the Year. This success undoubtedly gave a boost to the business of LF Interior Design. Since that time, LF Interior Design has completed more than 20 projects. In 2009 Lena Fomichev won the 1st place in the kitchen category at the Northwest Design Awards contest sponsored by the Seattle Design Center.

Each project for Lena is always about new ideas and new solutions. What most inspires her is nature, travel and talented people. Lena believes that Home is the place where we can live in harmony with ourselves, where both we and our guests feel comfortable, and it is the place that reflects our own individuality. Lena: "If upon the project completion my clients tell me that they feel "at home", it means that not only I solved all the design problems, but that I also understood and "felt" these people. And this is the greatest reward for me."
